My path began during an eye-opening family road trip to the mountains of Colorado over 30 years ago, when I pleaded with my father to pull the car over so I could get out and fully experience snow in July. While looking up at the snow-filled sky, catching the cold, fluffy flakes in my mouth, I declared that I would one day call this place home. In 2008, I packed up all of my worldly possessions in

to and headed west, landing in beautiful Summit County, where my childhood dream finally became a reality. I've always has a slight obsession with ‘all things real estate’. My gritty nature and past work and life experiences prepared me for this career. As a former educator and youth program director, I’m versed in working with diverse populations and catering to the unique needs of individuals which is beneficial when representing all clients, from first time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors. It’s special, helping people make big life decisions, like selling a home or staking claim to their own piece of paradise right here in the mountains of Colorado. I support my clients in their unique missions to live their best mountain life. I am focused on my clients and driven by results. The results that drive me are not the traditional passing of keys at closing, but something much deeper. It’s watching my clients turn a house into their home while spending time with friends and family making unforgettable memories in our incredible community. It’s knowing that my clients are smiling ear to ear as they take fresh powder turns at an area resort or in the backcountry or that feeling of joy they experience when the wind sweeps through their hair as they explore Lake Dillon by boat or bike. It’s all about the mountain lifestyle. My dedication demonstrates my commitment to ensuring that my clients have a seamless, enjoyable, and successful journey in all of their real estate transactions I believe the key to achieving this is through consistent, effective communication. Excellent communication is something I pride myself in offering not only to my clients, but to all parties of a transaction. As a longtime Summit County local with Midwestern roots, I bring a relentless work ethic and a deep sense of integrity to everything I do. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!

Helping someone buy a home in Summit County is about so much more than finding a property that checks the boxes. It’s about understanding why they’re buying it and the life they hope to create there. 🏔️❤️

For Dan and his family, the goal was a second home in Frisco that they could enjoy now and eventually call home in retirement. That meant really listening to what mattered, using my local knowledge to narrow the search, and helping them confidently navigate each step once we found the right fit.

Being a Summit County local certainly helps me know the neighborhoods, properties, and nuances of our market but knowing the area is only part of the job. Being available, answering questions, advocating for my clients, and making a complicated process feel a little less complicated is just as important.

Dan, thank you for the incredibly kind words and for trusting me to help your family find such an important piece of your future.

I hope your new Frisco home is filled with years of mountain adventures, family memories, and eventually…a whole lot more time calling Summit County HOME. 🏡🏔️

🏡 FROM OLD FRIENDS TO CLOSING DAY🗝️

Nearly 20 years after meeting in the Colorado mountains, life came full circle when Will Woodard trusted me to help him purchase his very first home. ❤️

Buying a mountain home isn’t always easy, but Will set his mind to something, stayed committed, trusted the process, and can now proudly call a piece of Colorado his own!

This closing was especially meaningful. Nearly seven weeks ago, I was involved in an accident that has left me wheelchair-bound while the bones in my right arm and leg heal. Through surgeries, recovery, and plenty of challenges, Will never lost faith in me or my ability to guide him through the process. Not only that, Will is such an amazing human, he found time to set contract dates and deadlines aside to call me and check in on me, as his friend, between together tackling the contractual things. 🤗

I’m also incredibly grateful for my amazing team, who stepped up in countless ways to support Will and all of my clients, ensuring everyone continued to receive the care, communication, and guidance they deserved during the brief periods my health needed to take priority over my clients.

And a huge shoutout to Tuyen Bell, Will’s lender and a true rockstar. Her knowledge, creativity, resourcefulness, and determination were instrumental in making this purchase happen.

Will, we’re so proud of you! From old mountain friends nearly two decades ago to celebrating your first closing together, this one was extra special. 🏔️🔑

Congratulations, homeowner! 🎉

🏡 JUST SOLD | BLUE VALLEY ACRES

You’ve gotta start somewhere. And sometimes that first home is exactly what helps you get to the next one.

When I first started working with these clients, they owned a manufactured home on leased land. It had served them well, but their vision for the future looked different: a standalone home, land they actually owned, more privacy, more flexibility…and yes, room for chickens. 🐓

They knew achieving those goals would likely mean looking beyond Summit County. Wanting to avoid a daily commute over a high-alpine pass, we focused north into Grand County. The challenge? Only a couple of properties on the market fit both their needs and budget.

So I started looking off market.

I reached out to agents and colleagues asking about anything potentially coming soon. Sure enough, an agent in my own office was preparing to list a property that sounded like a fit. We arranged a private showing several days before it hit the market, and my buyers immediately saw something special.

Built in 1936, this home is wonderfully unique. Where some buyers might see the quirks of a nearly 90-year-old property, my clients saw character. And just a couple miles north of the Summit County line, it offered the rural lifestyle and breathing room they wanted while keeping them close to the community where they work.

Best of all, they were able to sell their manufactured home and use the equity they had built toward a substantial down payment on this next chapter.

That’s why I’m such a believer that your first home doesn’t have to be your dream home. Sometimes it’s simply where you start. You build equity, your needs change, your goals evolve—and that first home can help open the door to something you once thought was out of reach.

For these buyers, that door now opens to their own home, on their own land, with more space, more privacy, and plenty of room for the chickens. 🏡🐓❤️

Congratulations to my buyers on a very well-earned next chapter!

🏡 JUST SOLD | 167 Pikes Peak Place, Dillon

This one is such a great example of how a starter home can truly be a stepping stone.

My sellers called this home for 7 years. During that time, they built equity, made thoughtful improvements, cared for the property, and eventually reached the point where they were ready for their next chapter.

But taking that next step felt a little scary. A nearly identical home with the same floor plan, just a couple streets away, had been sitting on the market for months without a buyer. Understandably, my sellers were nervous about listing—and hesitant to start dreaming about their next home before knowing whether this one would sell.

So, we focused on what we could control.

They tackled every single improvement and pre-market preparation I recommended. Then, instead of testing the market with an aspirational price, they trusted the strategy and chose to price their home competitively from day one with the goal of creating immediate interest.
And it worked.

✨ Strategic preparation + competitive pricing + strong marketing➡️ Several showings➡️ Multiple offers➡️ SOLD AT FULL LIST PRICE

In a Summit County market where full-price sales have become increasingly difficult to achieve, this was a fantastic result and one that allowed my sellers to confidently move forward toward their next home.

This is why I love the idea of a starter home. It doesn’t have to be the forever home. Sometimes it’s simply the place where you start building equity, create memories, and position yourself for what’s next.

Congratulations to my sellers on seven wonderful years here and an exciting new chapter ahead. ❤️
