With 2.5 years in real estate, Amber has helped 50+ families and grown her business to $24M+ in production. Since joining Monument in 2022, she’s been on a fast‑paced, faith‑filled journey of growth, gratitude, and grit.

Amber is a wife to her childhood sweetheart, Ryan, a proud boy mom of four, & a MeMaw to her sweet grandson. Her family is her foundation, her “why,” & the heart of what makes her such a powerful advocate for her clients. Originally from California, Amber made Texas home in 2022 — drawn to the community, opportunity, & the warm welcome she & her family received.

We’re thrilled to celebrate Timothy as our Star of the Month! He embodies the Monument Realty culture with integrity, energy, and a genuine passion for people.

From Kenya to Lubbock, Timothy’s story is one of resilience & purpose. His family moved to Texas in 2005, & he later graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech with a degree in biology, originally planning to become a surgeon. But somewhere along the way, real estate grabbed his heart & became his passion — and we’re so grateful it led him to Monument.💙

Licensed for just six months, Timothy is already leaving a remarkable imprint on everyone he works with. Monument is his first brokerage, yet his real estate journey began back in 2020 — and the growth he’s shown since then speaks volumes. Every interaction reflects his passion, his professionalism, & the pride he takes in this business. He shows up with purpose, and it shines through in everything he does.

Growing up in Oak Cliff and graduating from Dallas Carter High School, Johnie learned early what resilience, discipline, and hard work look like. A natural athlete, he earned a full college football scholarship after just one year of playing the sport. That same drive now fuels his commitment to his clients. With a background in sales & customer service, Johnie prides himself on building genuine relationships & delivering an exceptional experience. As a devoted single father to his 22‑year‑old daughter, he understands the true meaning of “home” on a personal level.

Since joining Monument Realty in July, Melanie has been a standout in our Frisco office — known for her dedication, heart, and authentic energy she brings to every client she serves.

A proud Dallas native and lifelong Cowboys fan. 💙 When she’s not helping clients find their dream home, she’s spending time with her 6‑month‑old shoodle, Bentley Prince Hendricks, exploring Frisco, or tracking down anything pink she can possibly find. 🐾💖

Before real estate, she studied neuroscience in undergrad and even served as a head cheer coach, which explains her natural ability to lead, motivate, and cheer on her clients every step of the way. Outside of work, you’ll find her at church, running her baking business, or diving into all things football.
