A Lesson from a Colonel: Always have a plan—and a backup plan. 🇺🇸

After 28 years of military service, I learned that even the strongest plan can face unexpected challenges. Effective leadership means anticipating what could go wrong, remaining calm when circumstances change, and being prepared to adjust without losing sight of the mission.

Real estate is no different. Inspections uncover surprises, financing can shift, appraisals may raise concerns, and negotiations don’t always follow the expected path. My job is to prepare my clients for every possibility, build a strategy around their goals, and have a solid Plan B ready when needed.

The path may change, but with preparation, communication, and the right leadership, we can keep moving toward the goal.
