It’s no secret the 2025 real estate market in Dallas was one of the most challenging we have seen in, what some say is, more than 20-25yrs.

But we still sold 26 listings, where we represented the sellers.
Were they all perfect? No. There were many wrist sold in multiple offers or for list price, and there were others where strategies needed to be changed. But they sold and our sellers walked away happy.

But, when strategies had to pivot and new techniques needed to be tried we knew we had to try everything. And when promises are made, we will not stop until we have exhausted every single effort.

Amanda’s Famous Turkey Brine Recipe

3 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 gallons water
2 oranges, peeled (save peels)
1 large onion
3 cloves garlic (smashed)
1 apple - quartered
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup pink Himalayan sea salt
1 sprig of Rosemary
1 sprig of Thyme
4 bay leaves
4 cinnamon sticks

Place all in a large pot, bring to a rapid boil and remove from heat. Let rest on stove the remainder of the day until it fully gets to room temperature.
Place turkey in brine bag.
Add ice to the mixture before pouring over turkey, breast side down. Let sit for 6-10hrs, then turn turkey over to sit for another 6-10hrs.
