Not every home sale is a sprint sometimes it’s a marathon.

This one tested all of us, but my clients never gave up, and neither did I.

Selling a home while my clients were living in another state meant I wore a lot of hats checking on the property, filling the pool, coordinating maintenance, managing the details, and making sure the home maintained its integrity every step of the way.

After 250+ showings, countless open houses, and even selling Girl Scout cookies out front during an open house, we finally made it to the finish line!

A huge thank you to Phillip Hopkins for his incredible staging. It completely transformed the home and helped buyers truly see its potential and beauty.
