Spending my morning at in Dallas—a cozy Latin restaurant, Latin café, and mercado offering a variety of Latin products all in one place! ✨ I’m sipping on a refreshing horchata and enjoying chilaquiles, a guayaba & cheese pastry, and everything is absolutely delicious! 😋

Founded by brothers Richard and Esneyder Ospina, natives of Colombia, this concept first launched in Canada in 2008 with three locations in Calgary—making Dallas their very first U.S. spot!

Warm atmosphere, friendly people, amazing food, drinks, and Latin products… definitely a must-visit!

🏡✨ At the Coventry Homes Design Center today diving deep into their custom home build process — and I am LOVING all the details!

There is so much that goes into building on your own lot — from floor plan customization and structural options to design selections, timelines, warranties, and financing strategies. Walking through the design center really shows how buyers can personalize everything to fit their lifestyle, vision, and long-term goals.

As a Realtor, it’s important to me to fully understand the builder’s process so I can properly guide my clients, protect their interests, and help them make confident, informed decisions every step of the way. Knowledge is power — especially when it comes to building your dream home from the ground up!
