They signed about a week ago, but had to wait to get settled in. They have quickly started to take on the task of making their first home, feel like home. I tried to fill their gift basket with items to tie in the modern farmhouse theme they (she 😉) are going for! One of the best parts I enjoy when closing... clients personalized gifts!
