With six years of multifamily experience and prior roles with Avanti and CWS, she brings a strong foundation and a people-first approach to leadership.

Brianda is known for her clear communication, adaptability, and commitment to supporting others. She is passionate about helping teams succeed and creating positive experiences for both residents and employees.
