FRISCO’S NEW $18.7 MILLION FOURTH STREET PLAZA IS NOW OPEN!

After more than two years of construction, Fourth Street Plaza is officially open to the public in Frisco’s Rail District, with a grand opening celebration planned for October.

🚶 Pedestrian connection between Elm and Main streets
⛱️ Covered walkways + custom shade structures
🎭 New stage and gathering areas
💰 Approximately $18.7 million investment
🏗️ Final major construction milestone in the $80 million Rail District project

Residents can already put the new space to use with free sunrise yoga sessions Sept. 12, 19 and 26 at 7:30 a.m. No registration is required.

🏗️ Frisco's next major destination is taking shape. The $800 million Fields West development is expected to transform North Frisco into one of the region's premier shopping, dining and entertainment hubs when it begins opening in late 2027. The walkable district will feature 360,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment, 350,000 square feet of Class A office space, and more than 1,100 luxury apartments.
