Never underestimate God’s timing, alignment, and direction. 🙏🏾
A few months ago, I was at a new-build community with another client when I noticed a couple walk in without an agent. I asked if they were working with a Realtor, and when they said no, I gave them my card and told them I’d be happy to help them through the process.
They told me they were actually looking for their son, who would be the one purchasing the home. I said, “Give him my card and tell him to give me a shout!”
A couple months later… Brandon called. And that’s all she wrote! 😎🏡
We started our search in a community that we were SURE was going to be the one. We visited several times, but something just didn’t feel right. So instead of forcing it, we kept looking and started exploring other areas.
And THIS is where it gets good… 👀

🚨 PERFORMANCE REVIEW TIME! 🚨
So apparently, my Open House signs and I need to have a little meeting… 😒😂
I put them out there for 2 HOURS with ONE JOB…
👉🏾 Bring people to the Open House.
And how many people showed up??
ZERO. NOBODY. NOT A SOUL. 😭🤣
Meanwhile, these signs spent 2 whole hours outside just standing around looking cute and accomplishing absolutely NOTHING! 😂😂
I’m starting to think they were pointing people in the WRONG direction on purpose. 🤔🤣
Needless to say, their performance review is NOT looking good! Might have to put these signs on a PIP — Performance Improvement Plan! 😂🏡
But hey… that’s ! Some Open Houses are packed, and some give you 2 hours to sit there and question all your life choices. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤣
The house was open…the signs just forgot to bring the PEOPLE! 😂
