Congratulations to my guy Brandon on the purchase of his NEW HOME! 🙌🏾🎉🍾
Never underestimate God’s timing, alignment, and direction. 🙏🏾
A few months ago, I was at a new-build community with another client when I noticed a couple walk in without an agent. I asked if they were working with a Realtor, and when they said no, I gave them my card and told them I’d be happy to help them through the process.
They told me they were actually looking for their son, who would be the one purchasing the home. I said, “Give him my card and tell him to give me a shout!”
A couple months later… Brandon called. And that’s all she wrote! 😎🏡
We started our search in a community that we were SURE was going to be the one. We visited several times, but something just didn’t feel right. So instead of forcing it, we kept looking and started exploring other areas.
And THIS is where it gets good… 👀
We ended up with the SAME BUILDER… SAME FLOOR PLAN… but for OVER $100,000 LESS! 🤯💰🙌🏾
You can’t tell me God won’t order your steps! Sometimes what feels like a delay or a change of plans is actually direction toward something better. 🙏🏾
