Long post alert! Real estate buying and selling is my job but helping a client is my passion.
Every closing you do has a story to it and I’m grateful to share this one.
Almost two yrs back, I had met this wonderful hardworking lady who is by profession a nurse. Life happened to her and she had to move out of TX to take care of her mom in GA. In those two yrs, she had met few other realtors but she got back to me and I did not know about this until a day before closing. She mentioned that to me during our final walk through of her beautiful town home. She said that she knew she wanted to work with me after talking with them. Out of curiosity, I asked her what was that which she felt different about me from them and her reply was “You seemed genuine and had a respectful approach.” ❤️ I could not be more happier to get this kind of priceless response! 😊 It was a complicated closing but we made it happen! Yesterday, I was checking on her and she sent me these heartfelt texts! 💕 I’m so very thankful for all my amazing clients and their families!

Futures for July delivery ended Tuesday at $1,009.90 per thousand board feet which is almost $700 lower to its price increase post pandemic to record highs of 1,711.30! Hope to see some signifiant correction in the market for new constructions and builds

Prices have dropped from record highs spurred by the economic reopening, potentially pointing to an eventual return to normalcy.
