Interest rates on home loans shot up higher over the past week as demand for refinances remained strong despite major fluctuations in stock and bond markets....

Starting Jan 1st 2020, new increased loan limits are effective. That's an increase from $484,350 to $510,400 for regular conventional loans and from $726,525 to $765,600 for conventional high balance loans (not Jumbo) with conventional guidelines and competitive rates.

Some of our lenders are accepting new loan limits starting now.

Purchase mortgages with as low as 3% down payment and NO monthly mortgage insurance option.

For 2019, 10.165 cents savings on FISD tax rate when compared to 2018. Average savings of about $403 /year. Step in the right direction!!

Frisco ISD is projected to receive $30-35 million in increased funding next school year under a bill passed over the weekend by the Texas Legislature.
