I have 21 lots for sale in Van Zandt county on arguably the prettiest property I've been part of. I am attaching photos of the property as well and a split plan with pricing. The lot lines are not platted so they can be adjusted. Our only restriction on the lots is no mobile homes and the lots can not be less than 5 acres.
