Most homebuyers begin their search online, forming, and often finalizing their first impression within seconds based on photos. Sellers have roughly 7 to 10 seconds to grab a buyer’s attention online before they move on. Once you’ve captured their attention, they will then hopefully proceed forward to schedule an in person showing. This is where the online presence should match the physical. Staging and decluttering make spaces look larger, more inviting, and easier for buyers to envision themselves living there.
