📈 **Mortgage rates:** The average 30-year fixed rate reached **6.95%**, up from 6.76% the previous week.

🏠 **Home sales:** North Texas reported **7,329 single-family home sales**, down **5% from last year**.

💰 **Median home price:** Prices remain relatively steady at **$390,000**.

📊 **Inventory:** The market currently has about **4.3 months of inventory**, giving buyers more options than in the tighter markets of recent years.
