I am so privileged to announce that 7921 Goforth Rd, Dallas, TX was closed and funded today. It was the homestead of a family that hoped it would be owned and loved as it was when they were children. We had investor after investor that wanted to dissect it into zero lot lines, but the sellers stood firm! In the end, a new family will erect a custom home on this 1.1 acre plot in Lake Highlands. Yes, the barn will be dismantled, BUT reclaimed! The lumber will be used to build a new 2 stall horse barn. All parties are happy to see a homestead be reinvented instead of totally dismantled.
Now I need a new real estate challenge! Who's next???
