These are crazy times but I wanted to let you know I'm here to help.
My heart goes out to our seniors in assisted living, our families with children with schools shut down, our local businesses struggling, our neighbors at the hospitals and those brave healthcare workers that serve them...we've all been impacted by this pandemic!
Of course, I've been asked "Can I still stage and sell my home at this time?"
Homes are still selling. The Federal Reserve just dropped their interest rate to near zero to keep the money moving for people buying homes. It’s quite unprecedented.
We can easily video conference, instead of an in-home staging consultation. I’ll likely have enough information if you send me your interior photos and we do a Face Time call to walk you through exactly what you can do to make each room shine in those online photos.
Those critical online photos can even be enough to get you offers without having to show your home.
These are tough times for all of us but I wanted you to know...I'm here.
