I’m a wife, mother of two, Realtor®, dog lover and advocate for learning different children. I love my friends, baseball, soccer, helping others solve problems, spending time outside, beach vacations and volunteering. You meet a lot of people that way. A couple that we had become friends with through baseball, hired me to help them through their real estate transaction. They were selling a home th
ey had lived in for fifteen years – their oldest was just a newborn when they moved in. They were buying a bigger home for their growing family. Purchasing their new home was contingent on selling their first property and they were scheduled to close just two business days apart. All was going smoothly until fourteen hours before closing on their first home. The Buyer was concerned he saw a problem during final walk through. I went flying down the highway at 8:00 p.m. to the home which was about thirty miles from mine. My husband called me – “where did you go”?! I met a contractor at my client’s home. I worked with the contractor until about 9:30 that evening who verified we didn’t have an issue with the property. I then met with the buyer’s Realtor® to alleviate their concern. We closed bright and early the next morning. It was stressful as many real estate transactions can be. This is a review from that client:
“We loved working with Susan. We built our first house so we didn't know the process of selling and buying. She was so helpful in walking us through it all and what to expect. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us.”
Even though it was far from a smooth transaction, it seemed smooth to my client. It’s my job to take on the stress and solve problems so you don’t have to. I’d love to provide the same level of service to you or a friend!
