1. IABS (Information About Brokerage Services)
This form explains exactly how I represent you and protect your interests as a tenant.

2. Residential Buyer’s Representation Agreement
Even for leasing, this gives me permission to represent you exclusively, making sure you have someone advocating for you every step of the way.

3. Wire Fraud Warning ⚠️
This is extremely important. There are a lot of scams out here.
Do NOT send any money, deposits, or application fees to anyone without confirming with me first.
I personally verify everything before you send funds.

4. Consumer Protection Notice
This outlines your rights and shows you where to verify licensing or file a complaint if needed.

In most cases, the landlord or property manager pays my commission, so there is typically no cost to you for my services.

Since I represent you, please do not communicate directly with landlords, property managers, or apartment staff.

Did you know, according to HUD.gov - there’s over 9,000 housing offices & ALL of them are UNDER 5% of Homeownership participation.... 😮‍💨😨

(DFW housing offices is under 3% 😬)

That’s means 93-95% voucher holders are still stressing & renting someone else’s home... when they could be purchasing their own..
