Northwest Community Park is officially opening this month, bringing $40 million worth of new outdoor recreation to Frisco’s growing northwest side.

Shift to once-a-week watering: Sept. 1 through Oct. 31

Fall outdoor watering begins Tuesday, Sept. 1 as part of the city's Water Management Plan. Frisco residents may water once a week on their regular trash day, if needed.
- No automatic irrigation from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. 🚫
- Hand-held hoses, drip irrigation, soaker hoses and bubblers may be used up to two hours per day as needed. ✅

Watering less often helps reduce runoff and encourages deep root growth, strengthening plants to better handle extreme heat and dry conditions.
