🏡 Sellers, hear me on this one: Buyers aren’t negotiating with overpriced homes. They’re skipping them.

🚫 Buyers don’t negotiate with an overpriced property. They skip it. They move on to the home that is better positioned and feels like a stronger value.

💰 Your asking price is your first impression. If buyers don’t see the value from the beginning, you lose their attention. Then you’re left chasing the market with price reductions.
