Before the long weekend started, My Client closed on another beautiful Investment property in a beautiful lagoon community in the city of Anna, TX.
It was a long wait from the day we booked this house till closing ! We faced lots of volatility from too much demand to almost 0 demand for the same house. And raising interest rates ! Became another pain to handle.

Ultimately, Good news is my clients successful closed.
