When the market softened and resort condo buyers pulled back, we went to work to make sure we didn't have to give it away.
75 Clearwater in Keystone is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Clearwater Lofts, built in 2022. Radiant in-floor heat. A gas fireplace. East-facing mountain views. A resort shuttle stop 100 feet from the door. Short-term rentals allowed, with projected gross income of $40K–$50K annually. Under $1M for a newer build this close to the lifts.
The value was there. The market just wasn't paying attention yet.
So we got to work. Targeted video campaigns built around the rental income story and the location advantages.
