When the market softened and resort condo buyers pulled back, we went to work to make sure we didn't have to give it away.
75 Clearwater in Keystone is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Clearwater Lofts, built in 2022. Radiant in-floor heat. A gas fireplace. East-facing mountain views. A resort shuttle stop 100 feet from the door. Short-term rentals allowed, with projected gross income of $40K–$50K annually. Under $1M for a newer build this close to the lifts.
