Felicia Thompson joined the Westwood team in February of 2021 as a Leasing Agent at Amberview Apartments and just celebrated her two year anniversary! Felicia always strives to learn more about property management, takes on all challenges thrown her way, and takes every opportunity to find the right answer. In May of 2022, Felicia was promoted to the Assistant Manager position at Auburn Glen, where her personality, customer service and strive to do more attitude has shined. Her manager would say that Felicia is a strong integral part of the team and we would not be the same without her. When Felicia is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter Mylee and the rest of her family. Thank you for all you do, Felicia!

Meet Rocking Horse Ranch’s Porter, Ezequiel Rodriguez! RHR is a 356-unit garden style community located in the heart of Round Rock, TX. Since Zeke joined the Westwood team in 2018, we have always been able to count on him to have a smile on his face and a gracious greeting. Whether it is 9 degrees or 109 degrees, he views everyday as “A beautiful day”! His positive attitude is contagious and keeps us looking forward to each day! Zeke works tirelessly to make sure our community is always clean, and is always willing to offer help to anyone who asks. In October 2012, Rosa Aguirre began her career with Westwood as an Assistant Manager. Now, over 10 years later, Rosa continues to shine as she oversees Rancho Ladera Apartments located in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Rosa is a take-charge manager, always leading by example, and is never afraid to get her hands dirty. Rosa continuously performs at the highest levels and always works side-by-side with her team. She is a highly respected manager who provides training and guidance to all properties across her region. When Rosa isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies, and her puppy, Blue. She is greatly appreciated for all of her hard work and love of Westwood!

Madison Hargrove started her career with Westwood as a Leasing Consultant in June 2020. She quickly conquered the leasing world and was promoted to the Assistant Manager position at Newman Village in June 2021. She mastered the Assistant Manager position and then was promoted to Property Manager at Landry at Cross Creek in Fort Worth, in September 2021. Madison faced many obstacles at Landry with the takeover, but she powered through. In June 2022, Madison transferred to Royal St. Moritz in Grapevine, a maturing asset, where she continues to perform and lead her team to success. Madison grew up in Dora, Alabama but made her way to Texas as fast as she could. She enjoys drinking margaritas on the patio with her friends, and when she’s not going out for girl’s night, she’s at home with her boyfriend, Theron, and her two fur babies Kleo and Emma. Madison is a devoted Property Manager and her team would agree. Thank you, Madison!
