🏦 One of the world’s biggest banks is expanding deeper into Frisco, and it’s bringing a sizable new team with it. JPMorgan Chase has signed a lease for roughly 41,000 square feet inside The Tower at Hall Park, where the company plans to house about 120 bankers across private banking, commercial banking and select wealth management teams. The new office at 6605 Warren Parkway will span two floors, include a private client center, flexible workspaces and access to Hall Park’s restaurants and amenities, with room for up to 150 employees. The company says the move will also involve hiring more than 100 new employees, reflecting growing demand from high net worth households and businesses in Collin County. Employees are expected to move into the space in early 2028. JPMorgan Chase already has a massive North Texas footprint, including around 13,000 employees at its Legacy West campus in Plano, but the new Frisco office signals even more corporate investment moving north as the city continues attracting major employers and high end development.

🏠 Frisco’s housing market just beat nearly every major city in America. A new WalletHub analysis ranked Frisco the #1 real estate market in the U.S., placing it ahead of 299 other cities evaluated across housing strength, affordability and economic conditions. Frisco wasn’t alone at the top either, McKinney ranked #2, Denton #5 and Allen #8, putting four North Texas cities in the national top 10. One major reason Frisco stood out is just how new the city’s housing stock is: nearly 47% of Frisco homes were built between 2010 and 2024, potentially meaning fewer major maintenance headaches for buyers compared with older markets. Frisco also ranked 7th for job growth, strengthening its appeal as more families and businesses continue moving into the area. But there’s a catch...Frisco certainly isn’t one of America’s cheapest housing markets, ranking 95th for home prices as a percentage of income. Still, the combination of newer homes, economic growth and long term housing potential was enough to push Frisco to the very top. With billions in development still pouring into the city, the bigger question may be how much more Frisco can grow, and what that could mean for future home prices.

A new era is coming to Plano as the Dallas Stars plan to relocate from Dallas to a new arena at The Shops at Willow Bend. 🏒

The $3 billion development includes the arena and a surrounding mixed-use entertainment district. Plano City Council approved a nonbinding letter of intent, with the arena expected to be ready when the Stars' current lease expires in 2031.

🌷📊 Market Update – 4/24

I’ve had several conversations this week with buyers who are still “watching” the market.

And I get it. Rates matter. Payment matters.

But here’s what I gently want to say:

Homes are still selling.
Open houses are still busy.
Buyers are still making decisions.

While some are waiting for the perfect rate, others are deciding when the numbers work for their budget.

The truth is, the difference between “almost there” and “perfect” is often smaller than people think.

And the home you love today may not be available later — especially this time of year.

If market conditions improve down the road, we can review your options at that time. That’s always part of the strategy.

But you can’t go back and purchase a home that’s already sold.

If you’re on the fence, let’s stop guessing and actually look at your numbers.

📲 Message me “PLAN” and we’ll walk walk through it together.
