Your home may be brand new, but that doesn’t mean everything will stay perfect after move-in. Over the first year, settling, everyday use, changing weather, and normal operation of your home’s systems can reveal issues that weren’t noticeable during your initial inspection.
That’s why we offer an 11-Month Warranty Inspection — scheduled near the end of your builder’s one-year warranty period.
🔎 We’ll complete a thorough inspection of the home and provide you with a detailed report documenting items that may need attention. You can then provide that report to your builder before your warranty expires, giving you the opportunity to request eligible repairs while they may still be covered.
