Not every road to a new home is a smooth one, especially when there’s a bit of snow on the ground and a few hurdles in the way! ❄️🏠

I am so incredibly grateful to my amazing clients, The Capellas, for trusting me with the purchase of their second home. While we all wish every transaction was a breeze, the reality of real estate is that challenges happen. This particular journey definitely hit its fair share of hurdles and unexpected "crashes" along the way.

It truly took an army to get this one to the finish line! A huge thank you to Steven Trevor with Cross Country Mortgage for his hard work, along with Paul Barnhart (Home Inspector), Mike Strawderman from Total Pest, and the team at Service Title for the closing.

Through every twist, The Capellas stayed patient and kept their faith in the process. Their trust allowed me to navigate the bumps and finally get us across that finish line! There is nothing more rewarding than seeing those keys change hands after a tough climb.
