✨SOLD✨ | AS BUYER AGENT
405 Caroline St Cumberland, MD 21502

Congratulations to my first-time Maryland homebuyer, Heather on the purchase of her new
home! 🏡🤍

Over a year and a half ago, Heather walked into my office while she was vacationing in Allegany County. She loved the area and was considering making the move from North Carolina.

After several roadtrips from NC, countless zoom calls, and so many showings, we finally found the perfect home for her!

Thank you Anderson, Rudd, Donahue, McKee & Kasecamp for handling title & settlement | Aimee, the listing agent and the seller | Navy Federal Credit Union | Mike, At Ease Home Inspections

The market is always changing — and right now, we're seeing a shift toward a buyer's market. 🏡

For buyers, that can create opportunities we haven't seen in a while: more options, more negotiating room, and more time to make a thoughtful decision. If you've been thinking about buying, it may be worth taking another look.

Maybe now is your time. Call us and we can navigate the market together.
