Gray Home Inspections was called Batman today because we show up with all the gadgets… and this sewer scope proved why it matters.

Cracked PVC line, soil + roots already inside the pipe, and a plumber had to break through concrete to fix it.

As a home inspector and a licensed Realtor, this is exactly why I always recommend a sewer scope. Hidden issues like this can cost thousands of dollars to repair — and catching them early can save a deal.
