Irrigation is on now! Pump hours are currently set to 4 am to 8 am and 7 pm to 11 pm. This is a reminder to adjust your irrigation controller hours. It's encouraged to water sparingly and only as needed. Let's try our best to conserve our most precious desert resource.

Unfortunately the notices weren't mailed out in time regarding the annual meeting. The meeting has been rescheduled to 2/5/26 from 6:00 to 7:30. The Facebook event has been updated to reflect the changes.

Water is off due to a break in a neighbors yard. Repairs reported to be completed tomorrow.

Due to a break in the plumbing at the pump house, water is off. Repairs to the system are expected to take place through out the week with a goal of having the system back on by Thursday.
