Unfortunately the notices weren't mailed out in time regarding the annual meeting. The meeting has been rescheduled to 2/5/26 from 6:00 to 7:30. The Facebook event has been updated to reflect the changes.

I found a gift card near the mailboxes this afternoon, and with Christmas being so close I'd like to make sure this Christmas present gets back to the person who bought it.

Water is off due to a break in a neighbors yard. Repairs reported to be completed tomorrow.

Due to a break in the plumbing at the pump house, water is off. Repairs to the system are expected to take place through out the week with a goal of having the system back on by Thursday.

Good Evening Neighbors,

You should have received our annual meeting info and proxy in the mail.
Just a reminder that our annual meeting is this Wednesday January 8th,2025 @ 6pm in the Peach room at the Fruita Rec Center. If you cannot attend, please fill out your proxy and send it with a neighbor who is attending or a board member.

Our irrigation water will be shut off 10/19 for the season.

Our pump will be going in for service tomorrow. During this time irrigation service will be interrupted until the old pump can be plumbed in. The Board recommends watering today.
