Pending Sale! www.17844Baintree.com We are nearing the closing date for our most recent listing in Rowland Heights! We were able to receive multiple offers and we will be closing above asking price while also negotiating favorable terms for our seller. Like most of our listings, there is a lot more that goes in to selling the home than just putting up a sign, taking some photos, and uploading it to the MLS. This listing took nearly a year to come to fruition with the assistance that our seller required to prepare the home and walk through the complexity of an out-of-state move. Going at our clients’ comfortable pace without pressure is important to us! We were able to assist in finding trusted helpers to sort, organize and pack her home. We bid out several necessary improvement projects with tradesmen and contractors and negotiated on her behalf to make sure she was getting quality work done at a fair price. We coordinated and communicated with the sellers’ family members to make sure that she would have impeccable timing and a smooth transition to her destination. We provided support with advice, moving items and doing generally whatever was needed and helpful for her as we got closer to going on to the market. We executed our plan of action for listing by making sure the home was staged and presented beautifully to attract as many interested buyers as possible. We were pleased right away with the amount of traffic and interest we received upon listing. We are so thankful that she entrusted us with such an important task. This is not the first time that we have worked with her and her family, and while it is always sad to see wonderful people leave our state, we feel blessed to have the opportunity to once again show what our “Radiant” service looks like!
