Huge milestone at the gym the other day…250 classes! When I joined August 2020 after my regular gym shut down again during the pandemic, I was lucky to find an outdoor gym that I felt safe, comfortable, and pushed me beyond my limits. This gym represents so many things…

1) 250x 5AM classes
2) Pushing myself beyond my physical limits 3) Getting stronger physically & mentally
4) The start of my perfect daily schedule
5) blood, sweat, and tears to become the best version of me

Beyond grateful for clients, new and old that have decided to work with me as their . I was fortunate to receive the text on the next page from someone that found me on , read my reviews, and invited me over to potentially list their home. Ecstatic since I don’t get too many messages like this, I went over prepared to do a full on listing and marketing presentation but when I got there, I chatted with the sellers, made recommendations on repairs/renovations and walked out with a signed listing agreement all because of the great things my past clients have written about me online. Truly honored when clients trust me 100% to get the job done. Excited for this one to hit the market in a few weeks!

This may look like a regular suitcase to most people, but this suitcase represents to me “freedom and the pursuit of dreams.” This is the actual suitcase that my Grandmother and single mother of 8 brought over to the United States in the 80’s. Being refugees from Burma, they filled this suitcase up to start a new life along with the equivalent of $50 they were allowed to bring. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity that my grandmother and parents have given me when the struggle was real. The first question I was always asked growing up was “Did you eat?” This was because before my family came to the US, daily eating was not always promised. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities I have been given and will continue on this journey for the pursuit of the dreams.

In the past 10-15 years, I’ve realistically read probably 3 books (being generous here). I’ve never been much of a reader as I will usually listen to podcasts or audio books since I can increase the playback speed. I knew I always wanted to read books more often but I couldn’t sit still and focus for too long. After reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, I learned to reward myself by mindlessly scrolling on social media for a few minutes only AFTER I read 10 pages of a book. I was able to change my mindset and make reading everyday a habit that I really enjoy now. Here’s a few of my favorites and books that are in the queue. Are you reading any good books?
