One weekend of open houses. A stack of 25 offers, 11 of which received a counter offer back from us. Five that hung in there and responded. One ultimately selected. Two happy sellers.

Several months ago, a woman posted in a Facebook group looking for help finding a rental. A friend tagged me, the woman clicked on my profile, noticed we both attended Michigan State, and reached out.
