Full time driver for FedEx Contractor (Fullerton/Anaheim/) DAVISON USA, INC
Compensation: $15/HR + Potential Bonus

FedEx Independent Service Provider hiring permanent full-time delivery drivers. We have multiple permanent positions available. Our work schedules vary based on terminal location. Work schedules available in 6-day work weeks. Potential schedules are varied with work days being Monday-Sunday.
Job Description:
• Parcel delivery and pick-ups
• Driver prepares loads and delivers parcels to residential/business addresses
• Maintains a clean working environment (Delivery Vehicle)
• Responsible for both vehicle DOT and parcel delivery record-keeping while providing profession customer service
Responsibilities: (Includes, but not limited to:)
• Prepares delivery vehicle for operation by inspecting general conditions and validating adherence to operation and road worthiness standards
• Complies with operational policies and procedures, set standards and state/local driving laws; this includes maintaining a clean delivery vehicle (exterior/interior)
• Delivers parcels to destination addresses using the handheld scanning device while maintaining a delivery schedule
• Responsible for the loading and unloading of delivery truck.
• Perform vehicle inspection before and after every daily route.
• Secured all packages safely inside the truck to prevent damages.
• Maintained delivery log for pickup and delivery of products to various locations.
• Provide considerate and efficient pickup and delivery of customer packages
• Scan every package for delivery
• Arrange packages in order for delivery
• Customer Service
• Close out manifest daily
• Deliver Call tags and Pickups to QA Department
Qualifications: (MUST HAVES)
• AT LEAST 1 year of verifiable driving experience within the last 3 years OR at least 5 years of driving experience within the last 10 years (Previous driving experiences can come from a range of industries: landscaping, construction, military, taxi/Lyft/Uber, or even food delivery)
• Have a valid driver’s license without excessive moving violations, accidents, or other driving violations (Clean DMV record within the last 3 years)
• Pass a DOT physical, Drug Screen, & Background check (there should be no DUIs or felony convictions)
• At least 21 years old
• Able to lift up to 150lbs
• Speak and read the English language sufficiently to converse with general public
