Job Description:
As a Loan Officer Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced loan officers to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with loan applications and documentation
Communicating with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders
Reviewing and verifying loan documents for accuracy
Coordinating loan approvals and underwriting processes
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan products and industry regulations
Providing excellent customer service and support throughout the loan process

Requirements:
* Active mortgage loan officer license California & Texas
* Previous experience in a loan officer assistant or similar role is preferred with 5+ years experience
* Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes and documentation
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with mortgage software and tools
