It is my job, to provide you with good and accurate information so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed with the pricing of your house. I specialize in staging and marketing to show your house in its best light to attract Buyers. Prior to presenting all offers, I prequalify each Buyer to ensure we are not wasting time. There are many details behind the scenes such as termite, appraisal, inspection and so on, I handle it all for you. Then, I take you step by step through the escrow process to a successful closing.
