"We contacted Sue for the sale of our home since she sold it to us 16 years prior. We wanted to use Sue again because we really liked her style.

We were ready to leave the area as well and move to a place that had more land. Of course, we utilized Sue for the purchase of our new home too. She made the selling of our home very painless. She worked around our schedule, which was convenient. We had two showings and our house sold.

As far as buying, Sue knew that we had something specific in mind and needed a place with room for our six dogs. It only took a few times of us looking at houses to find our dream home. We now live in the country and have 5.5 acres of land. We have never been happier.

If you live in an area with little sunshine during the winter months you've probably had the Winter Blues.

I have and know the feeling, and know it's easy to stay indoors. But to beat the blues, I boot and bundle up, and walk each day. It's amazing what walking, even a few times around the block, can do to your spirit and stamina.

Consider taking up music lessons or puzzles for entertainment and camaraderie.
