At Bay Community Health, we understand that true wellness extends beyond medical care. This belief has inspired us to develop two meaningful community programs:

• WellCare Pantry Project – A community pantry located at our West River office that provides non-
perishable foods and essential personal care items to anyone in need.

• Winter Wellness Initiative – Runs annually from November through March, this project supplies meal bags and personal care items to B*H patients and local families during the colder months, when assistance from other resources is often limited.

While we’re proud to sustain these efforts through our own resources, partnerships with local partners like you make a lasting impact.

With your help, we can extend our reach and continue providing essential items to individuals and families who rely on our support. We respectfully request your consideration in supporting one of our programs through donations of:

• Non-perishable or shelf-stable food items
• Personal care essentials (soap, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, bath tissue, etc.)
• Gift cards in any amount to help with supply purchases
• Winter Essentials (scarves, hats, gloves and socks) cleaned and gently used coats (all sizes)

• Host a Donation Box at your location
