This young lady, who now calls me her big sister, was adamant she was buying in east Baltimore, & within 3 miles of Mervo H.S. We looked all over east Baltimore. Her father suggested she look over west. And aha, here we are. Keys received! Congratulations little sister ☺️.

IMO, this is one of the best grants available to a home buyer. If you’re working with a lender, ask about this grant. If you’re not working with a lender, I can recommend some.
