Turnkey Real Estate Investing? I have bought Turnkey and Rehabs for investments. Both have pros and cons! This is a good article if you are interested in investing in real estate that is already tenant occupied. My last investment was Turnkey. Purchased 3-bed townhouse for $156k in March of 2022. Zillow currently values at $187k (6 months later), and it will rent for $1,400 in February 2023. But, not every Turnkey deal is a good deal!
