Houses were built in 2012 & 2013 in Ashford Village. The things most common that have had issues are:

1) Lenox AC unit (needing replacement after 8 years)
2) Lenox heating unit
3) Toilets
4) Builder installed fences
5) Outdoor Tankless Water Heater
