🎉 Big News (and I am more nervous typing this than I have been about any post before)!

Jeff and I are officially under contract on a new home. 🏡❤️

I have written more Under Contract posts than I can count, and somehow this one feels completely different. There is something about sharing your own news that hits 100 times more vulnerable than sharing anyone else's. It's exciting. It's nerve-wracking. It's a whole thing. 🥹

The funny part of the story: we were not planning to move for another 6 to 9 months. Then this one popped up in Clayton, and the terms we were able to negotiate made it too smart to wait. 🙌

What made it worth jumping on:
