A proposed Sprouts Farmers Market shopping center is currently in site-plan review at 900 Casburn Woods Drive as part of Wake Chapel Square

🥑 Plans currently call for a 23,299-square-foot Sprouts
🛍️ PLUS another 8,000 square feet of retail space

And that’s not the only growth happening in this part of Fuquay.
Construction is underway on the Harvest District at 614 Old Honeycutt Road, which is planned to include 56 townhomes, seven future commercial lots, a dog park, play area and plaza.
