VM staffs currently hold Industry-Recognized Certifications including HCCP, CP3, STAR, Certified Management Agen

Vantage Management has a 30+ year history of providing safe, decent, affordable housing. Corporate staff and site managers are carefully selected and trained to insure the success of each community. The experience gained in managing single-home and multi-family properties – both senior and family focused – with affordable, conventional, and RAD rehabilitation settings has positioned Vantage Management for positive growth and diversification of its portfolio. It is the goal of property management services offered by VM to:
* Provide maximum occupancy levels through diligent marketing efforts;
* Be abreast of changing requirements put forth by regulatory agencies;
* Ensure competent well trained staff manages all aspects of the community.

Vantage Management is looking for a reliable individual to join our team, ensuring our property is well taken care of.

We have a full-time position available in the Birmingham, AL area. If you are reliable, able to work well as a team, and have experience in the maintenance or construction industries, this is the job for you! This job will require full-time hours working directly with tenants.

HVAC certification is required.

•Previous work experience in apartment maintenance, farm labor, or construction labor preferred.
•A complete background check will be completed
