The worst real estate advice in Etowah County sounds right until it costs you money.

I hear the same myths every week. From clients, from DMs, from people repeating something they read online without checking if it actually held up.

Some of these are harmless. Others have cost people tens of thousands or set their plans back by months.

I'd rather be the agent who gives you the honest answer now than the one who stays quiet and lets you learn it the hard way.

At the end of the day, I don’t care if I’m the most popular or the most tagged real estate agent.

I care about people seeing Christ through me as I serve others.

I care about the clients who say, “We missed you,” when life throws something unexpected your way and your attention has to be diverted for a little while.

I care about the clients who recognize the extra mile, the late-night phone calls, the prayers, the guidance, and the genuine care behind what I do.

I care about the relationships that have grown beyond transactions.

I care about the clients and agents who have become family.

Because long after the likes, tags, rankings, and awards are forgotten, people will remember how you made them feel.

And that’s the legacy I’m striving to leave.
