One of the biggest challenges in my job is helping sellers understand that when a buyer purchases a home, it’s an emotional decision 99% of the time. While you may love your collections and memorabilia, a buyer may walk in and see clutter or a dated home.

Part of the value in hiring our team is a personal walkthrough in each occupied project with the owner discussing what needs to be removed and what should stay. We’ll offer suggestions on where certain furniture pieces should be moved. Then we email all of those suggestions to the homeowner within 48 hours so they can hit the ground running with a room by room plan.
