🛠️ Maintenance Monday Reminder!

A running toilet can waste a lot of water and increase costs. If you notice your toilet is continuously running, please turn off the water supply valve located behind the toilet near the floor. Turn it clockwise to stop the water until repairs are made.

Don’t forget to submit a work order so our maintenance team can take care of the issue promptly. Reporting it right away helps reduce water usage and keeps our community running efficiently.

We appreciate your help in keeping our community in great condition! 💧

Did you know? Changing your HVAC filter regularly can help improve airflow, keep your apartment comfortable, and even lower energy usage!

Here are a few quick tips:
✅ Keep vents clear of furniture and boxes
✅ Replace your filter regularly (or submit a work order and we can help!)
✅ Make sure your thermostat is set to “Auto” for best performance
✅ Let us know right away if you notice unusual noises or weak airflow

Submitting a work order early helps us take care of small issues before they become bigger ones on the resident portal. We’re always happy to help!
