Another one in the books! I’m so excited to have closed on 4.99 acres on Hopkins Hollow! 🌳

This one has a pretty great story. After selling a home in the neighborhood, I sent out flyers to the surrounding area. The sellers, who live in Mt. Juliet, received one of those flyers and reached out to me about listing their property.

The property had been on the market for a year and had just expired when another agent contacted me with a buyer. The sellers chose to continue with me, and we were able to put the deal together and get it closed! 🙌
