This home had multiple offers before it even hit the market—and it started with a plan six months ago.

The sellers of 6722 Secret Hollow first came to me through a referral from past clients who trusted my process and were thrilled with the results when they sold their home for top dollar. When we met for our initial consultation, we didn’t rush to list. Instead, we created a customized plan designed to position their home for maximum impact when the time was right.

Preparation started about six months before going live.
