I wanted to talk to y’all about something because just from conversations I have had recently I’ve picked up on the fact that most people think it is impossible to get assistance. ITS NOT.

There’s a program for the working people, believe it or not!! It’s called Hometown Heroes and here are the requirements ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

- they cannot have owned a home in the past 3 years. Except VA buyers are exempt from that rule.

-640 credit score or higher.

-they get a second loan in the amount of 5% of the first loan amount. Ex: if the loan is $300k they get a second loan in the amount of $15k to use towards down payment and closing costs.

-it’s a deferred loan, meaning there’s no monthly payment on the loan. The buyer has to repay the second loan when they sell the home or refinance the loan.

If you would like to know the eligible occupations I have a list!! Must be licensed/certified and full time in the eligible occupation. Can be a veteran!
